Cleona Oliver, DDS, MS
Dr. Oliver, a San Antonio native, is a board-certified periodontist. She attended Rice University and graduated with a B.S. in Sports Medicine. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the UT Health School of Dentistry in Houston. Immediately afterwards, she completed two successive post-graduate training programs followed by earning her certificate in Periodontics from the Ohio State University.

She practiced general dentistry with a focus on implants and periodontics before deciding that specializing in periodontics was her true passion and calling. She then completed her training and earned her certificate in Periodontics with a Master of Science degree from the Ohio State University.

Due to her unique educational and practice background, Dr. Oliver can draw from her previous experience and training as a restorative specialist to add quality to periodontal care, and she is able to provide support and guidance to the restorative dentists that share in the care of our patients.

Dr. Oliver is an active member of both local, state, regional and national periodontal and dental organizations. Dr. Oliver loves to spend time with her husband challenging the many biking, hiking, and rock-climbing spots that the Hill Country has to offer.
